How can I find out more about your earth conscious packaging and products?

Hopefully we've covered most if it right here, but you're always welcome toย get in touchย if you have any further questions.ย

Are Sunday Season compliant with EU regulations?

All of our products are compliant with EU regulations. At the base of each product (and the back of our wax melt packets) there's a CLP label which lists the specific ingredients contained in the fragrance oil used.ย

How can I see you Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?

If you'd like to see the safety data sheet for our products, pleaseย get in touch.ย

How should I care for my candle?

Our scented candles are lovingly made to fill your space with beautiful fragrance. To keep them looking and working their best (and safest), please follow these steps:ย

  • Always allow your candle to melt to the edges of the glass. This is especially important on the first burn to keep your candle burning nice and evenly.ย
  • Avoid burning your candle for more than 3-4 hours at a timeย
  • Burn your candle away from drafts, and on an even, heat proof surfaceย
  • Trim your wick! When your candle is cool, trim your wick to around 5mm to keep it burning its best (you can simply do this by pinching off the excess).ย
  • Stop burning your candle when around 10mm of wax is leftย
  • Never leave your candle unattended and keep it our of reach of children and petsย

Why does the candle wax look imperfect after burning?

This candle is made with 100% natural wax with no added dyes or additives. So, you may notice when the wax cools, it may set a little imperfectly and a little darker in colour.

This is completely normal and doesnโ€™t effect the high-quality burn of your candle. We think thereโ€™s beauty in imperfections - and in this case, beautiful fragrance, too.ย

Why are their areas of the candle that seem to have separated from the glass?

You may notice parts of the candle wax has pulled away from the glass. This is completely normal with natural waxes/or when the temperature around the candle changes quickly (typical of the UK weather) and doesn't affect the high-quality of your candle in anyway.ย

How should I store my candle?

Waxes and fragrance oils are sensitive to both temperature and light, so take care when storing candles or wax melts for an extended period of time. Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or intense light.ย

Your candle should be kept somewhere between 10ยฐC to 25ยฐC. If your candle has been left exposed in colder conditions, allow your candle to return to room temperature for at least 2 hours before burning.

Can I reuse my candle glass?

Absolutely!

Once you've finished burning and enjoying your candle, the glass can be reused once cleaned. To clean your glass:ย

  • Boil your kettle and pour hot water on the remaining wax in your glass and leave to fully coolย
  • The leftover wax in your glass should rise to the top of the glass and solidifyย
  • Lightly push on the solidified wax and you should be able to pop it out of the water. Dispose of the wax
  • You can now rinse your glass in warm, soapy water and remove any unwanted stickers and the wick sustainer

How do I plant my candle dust cover?

Once you've finished with your candle dust cover, you can plant it under 1cm soil, water the area and watch your bee-friendly wildflowers grow!

How should I care for my reed diffuser?

Our long-lasting reed diffusers are lovingly made to provide continuous, beautiful scents in your rooms. To keep them working their best (and safest), please follow these steps:ย

  • Place your diffuser in a medium/high traffic area for better air circulation.
  • Be mindful that temperature, air circulation and direct sunlight can impact your scent throw.
  • Flip your reeds once a week to refresh your scent throw.
  • Keep away from children, pets and flammable objects.
  • Wash your hands if in contact with oil and use a coaster to protect surfaces from any potential spills.

Can I put away my seasonal reed diffuser

Absolutley! If you're finished using your seasonal reed diffuser for this year, or, just fancy switching up your scent. You can store them away and use them at a later date.

Simply use your stopper that you received with your diffuser to bung the bottle and store your diffuser away. You'll need to throw away your used reeds and buy replacements when you next want to use this fragrance.

Why is my diffuser half full?

Each of our diffusers are sold as 130ml (as pictured) which is more product than you receive in average reed diffusers which tend to be 100ml.

The bottles we use for our diffusers are larger, which means that when you buy your diffuser it isn't full to the top - we just adore these bottles and think aesthetically, a larger bottle looks great in your home!

My diffuser hasn't lasted 3 months

Your diffuser may not last as long as expected if it's kept in a particularly warm place, such as on a radiator or in direct sunlight.

Temperature will effect how long your diffuser lasts!
